Travelling with Family: Plan a Comfortable Pace
A little less rushing and a little more time in the right places.
Share practical needs
Tell your advisor about rest breaks, steps, children’s meals or hotel locations. Age alone is not enough; everyday activity levels and practical needs make a more useful planning brief.
Reduce consecutive transfer days
Avoid strings of early starts, long drives and frequent hotel changes. Place the experiences that matter most at comfortable times and leave room for independent activity.
Review the itinerary day by day
Review daily transport, walking, meals, hotels and meeting times together. Explain any specific assistance or facility needs early and confirm what can actually be arranged.
These are general planning notes. Confirm arrangements against your actual dates, available services and personal needs.
